Cognitive disorders may impact various brain functions, including communication, judgment, memory, or perception.  People from all walks of life can experience a change in their cognitive functions due to medical conditions, injuries, or complications from anxiety, mood, or psychotic disorders.

Signs of a cognitive disorder may include:
